Diary of a spiritual journey 5
Date: 16.12.2002
Dear Vaisnavas,
Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
It has been a while since I wrote in my Diary, I felt a need to have some time
for myself and just chant hare krsna while being in Vrndavana.
Today my journey took me to the Srimad Bhagavatam and I really like this verse;
nirapeksam munim santam
nirvairam sama-darsanam
anuvrajamy aham nityam
puyeyety anghri-renubhih
With the dust of My devotees' lotus feet I desire to purify the material
worlds, which are situated within Me. Thus, I always follow the footsteps of
My pure devotees, who are free from all personal desire, rapt in thought of
My pastimes, peaceful, without any feelings of enmity, and of equal disposition
everywhere.

I find it quite amazing that Krsna is purifying the material world with the
dust of His devotees lotus feet. What kind of Lord is He? His generosity knows
no bounds.
It also illustrates yasyat prasadad bhagavat prasado, without the mercy of
the spiritual master one cannot attain Krishna.
I am now in Scandinavia, So far I was in Stockholm and Helsinki, the cold is
extreme so I am mainly staying in doors, Tomorrow by boat breaking the ice of
the frozen Baltic sea to Estonia. Nice devotees.
I will soon write more and also personal letters!
Your servant,
Kadamba Kanana Swami
